The Little Bungalow built in 1968, true to its name is a small one, yet is equipped with all the facilities and amenities for a comfortable and peaceful |

stay. A moor just beside the Evergreen Estate Bungalow was cleared for the building of the Little Bungalow, which stands alone and quite, amidst tall and shady rubber trees. The architecture is a mixture of local styles added to English countryside homes.
A porch stands laid low to the medium pitched tile roofs facing the east. A portico with its cute coyness welcomes as one enters into the drawing room in the west. Expanse of glass windows stretch the entire front pouring light into the drawing and dining area separated by wood work. An angled north side is gabled and fitted with vent windows giving a profile of English county homes. An ideal getaway place for dreamers and writers who prefer total privacy. The little township of Koottickal is half a mile away. But few souls come this way as it is a bit isolated a place. Bachelor boys in groups will find the place ideal for their bash ups. |
